Refund and Return Policy

At Powerluis, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and flexible return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned

  • Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
We will respond with return instructions and shipping details.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
