
Refund and Return Policy

At Powerluis, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and flexible return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned
Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
We will respond with return instructions and shipping details.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
