1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery method.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations.
Customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a solution (replacement or refund) based on the case.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
Powerluis is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
